McGinnis Woods Country Day School provides a variety of athletic experiences to enhance each student’s educational experience. Being part of a team teaches our student’s commitment, leadership, sportsmanship, responsibility, cooperation, and physical fitness.
McGinnis Woods Wildcats compete against schools of similar size and skill through the Metro Atlanta Athletic Conference (MAAC). The majority of our middle school students (5th-8th grades) participate in our sports program for the camaraderie it provides and to enhance school spirit.
Students attending grades 5-8 may be members of the following teams:
Fall Sports
- Boys and Girls Cross Country

- Girls Volleyball
Winter Sports
