Celebrating Graduating Students
Yesterday many McGinnis Woods families and friends showed up to make Julie’s 14th quarantined birthday one to remember! Julie is our Student Council president and graduates this year. She has been at McGinnis Woods since she was an infant and her mom, Ms. Kim, teaches 2nd grade and is a favorite to many students past and present! Thank you Wildcats for making this birthday parade extra special.
1st Grade Writing Project Deliveries

He came to each student (with parent permission and social distancing school mascot for protection) to bring projects that were in progress AND share some love with his flock!
We are so proud to have Mr. Josh and our other dedicated teachers like him as a part of our school village.
Virtual Bedtime Stories
Ms. Kim read two fun stories to us during our Virtual Bedtime Story time last evening. Last week, Ms. Mary, our guest reader, shared The Velveteen Rabbit and What do you do with a kangaroo? I wonder who the guest reader will be next Wednesday?
Thank you Ms. Trish and our MW mascot for being our guest Virtual Bedtime Story readers last evening. We enjoyed listening to Dinner at the Panda Palace and Is This a House for Hermit Crab? We so enjoy being together with our friends!
