We are staying busy at McGinnis Woods School before Winter Break with holiday activities, field trips and community service activities.

Service & Sweets

Service and Sweets was filled with sweeping, raking, sorting, reading and spending time with family and friends! This event is one of the many community service opportunities where our students learn the value of giving back and serving others in the community. Students also delivered donations from our food drive.

Field Trip to the Center for Puppetry Arts

Our 2nd graders learned how to make shadow puppets while at a field trip to the Center for Puppetry Arts yesterday! They also enjoyed a lively performance of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
