We are passionate about our mission to support McGinnis Woods and have created the annual Wildcat Fund to make a real difference in the lives of our students. – The Parent Association

2024-2025 Wildcat Fund

Our goal is simple, choose high impact goals that can be implemented quickly so that all students realize an immediate benefit. To be effective in our mission, we need your help and generosity. We’re asking each family to contribute to the Wildcat Fund to fulfill important and impactful objectives. Your gift is an amazing way to show appreciation for McGinnis Woods and represents a solid investment in your child’s education.

We’ve selected an impressive list of goals that will be immediately implemented with your generous gifts. There are a number of ways to make your donation including credit card payments across multiple months. We are confident, with your help, we can make a real and immediate difference for the entire McGinnis Woods community. Pleaseacceptour sincere gratitude, in advance, for your generosity!

2024-2025 Wildcat Fund Goals

This year’s Wildcat Fund will help us achieve many goals across several key areas at McGinnis Woods. With your help, we can deliver each and every item on this list.

*100% of funds raised are immediately invested in the goals for THIS year! All items will be purchased and ready for students to enjoy in early 2025! *Sports court install during Spring Break.

Health & Wellness

  • Sports Court for Playground – a multi-purpose sports court for sports such as basketball and tennis
  • Sun Sail Shades – addition of sun sail shades to enhance the amphitheater.

Technology

  • Bee-Bots – a little robot to help with teaching counting, sequencing, problem solving etc.

Music & Movement

  • Preschool Outdoor Musical Instruments – Adding musical instruments to the playground area.

$100 – $199

  • Your name will be proudly featured in the Friends of McGinnis Woods section of the McGinnis Woods Buzz.
  • A car magnet designed just for the Friends of McGinnis Woods. Show off your pride and generosity.
  • Your name will be proudly engraved under the Friends of McGinnis Woods section of a donor plaque to be permanently installed in the main hallway of the elementary school.

Green and White Circle

  • Your name will be proudly featured in the Green and White Circle section of the McGinnis Woods Buzz.

Wildcat Pride Circle

  • Your name will be proudly featured in the Wildcat Pride Circle section of the McGinnis Woods Buzz.
  • Your name will be proudly engraved under the Wildcat Pride Circle section of a donor plaque to be permanently installed in the main hallway of the elementary school.

Wildcat Society
$1,000+

  • Your name will be proudly featured in the Wildcat Society section of the McGinnis Woods Buzz for the entire school year.
  • Your name will be proudly engraved under the Wildcat Society section of a donor plaque to be permanently installed in the main hallway of the elementary school.
  • A “silver” brick featuring your name permanently installed at the entrance to serve as a constant reminder of your tremendous generosity.

Donor Name on Nameplate on a School Bench $1,500

  • This unique award is available to the first three donors that give $1,500 to the Wildcat Fund.

Dedicated Parking Spot for 2025-2026 – School Year $2,500

This unique award is available to the first donor that gives $2,500 to the Wildcat Fund. You will receive a dedicated parking space complete with a personalized sign along with all the benefits of a Wildcat Society member.

An Exclusive Golden Brick Proudly Installed at the School Entrance $5,000

  • This exceptional award is available to the first donor that gives $5,000 to the Wildcat Fund. A golden colored brick engraved with content of your choosing along with all the benefits of a Wildcat Society member.

Ways to Contribute

There are several options to make your gift to the Wildcat Fund.

  1. To give by cash or check – simply print and complete a form and return it with your donation. Please make all checks payable to the McGinnis Woods Parent Association.
  2. To give by credit card – visit https://www.mcginniswoods.org/wildcat-fund/
    Within 24 hours of completing the online form, you will receive an email that allows you to securely provide your credit card information.
