Applying to McGinnis Woods Country Day School
McGinnis Woods admits students who are curious, engaged, motivated learners. Students are considered for admission upon application. In reviewing applications, the admissions committee considers student assessments, test scores, transcripts, and recommendations of teachers. Students accepted to the program demonstrate the ability to fulfill McGinnis Woods’ academic requirements.

McGinnis Woods accepts students on rolling admissions basis.

Application Steps
- Complete the application and submit to the school with a $110 application fee.
- Give the confidential teacher recommendation form to your current school. You may wish to include a stamped envelope addressed to McGinnis Woods Country Day School. The school will send the recommendation directly to our school.
- Upon receiving the completed application and fees, you will be contacted by a teacher to set up a time for a student assessment.
- On occasion students are asked to spend a portion of a day shadowing in a specific classroom.
- After your student has been assessed, you will be notified by letter about acceptance.

- Payments can be made monthly, two payments or annually.
- Contract and $85 returning student registration fee or $110 new student application fee due with application.
- Monthly payments due the 1st day of each month beginning August 1, 2012 for ten months.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is due on or before May 1, 2012.
- The Curriculum, Technology, Field Trip, and the Parent Association Activity Fund fees totaling $1100 will be billed and due on May 1, 2012.
- No invoices are mailed. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for tuition not received by the 1st of the month.
- Tuition express auto pay for checking, savings or credit card is available for any payment plan.
Monthly Tuition Is Due At The First Of Each Month
A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for children not picked up at the designated end time of their program

Weekly tuition is due every Monday. Monthly tuition is due on the 1st . A $25 late fee is assessed weekly for payments not received by the due date. Three day programs are scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and two day programs are scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday.
Each parent will be required to have a security key for entry into the school with one key issued upon receipt of initial registration fee. Additional keys will be issued upon payment of a $35.00 refundable deposit.
