Veterans Day at McGinnis Woods Country Day School
In honor of Veterans Day, our Preschool students made individual flags and the first graders worked collaboratively to make larger flags in honor of Veterans Day. The Youth Museum Field Trip
The 4th graders took a field trip to The Youth Museum and participated in their America’s Pathways to Independence program. This program had the students acting out history including scenes from the American Revolutionary War such as the Stamp Act, The Boston Tea Party and Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride. What a fantastic learning opportunity!
Pre-K Classes Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month
